About Three Chamber

Is this just AI-generated content?

The research and first drafts are AI-assisted, that's what keeps the cost low. Direction, editing, and what actually ships are handled personally by Tom, every time. Nothing publishes without a person reviewing it first.

What does Three Chamber do?

We research your business and market, build a content strategy and roadmap specific to you, then draft and direct content with AI and review everything before it publishes, reporting monthly on what it moved. It's priced as a low monthly subscription instead of an agency retainer.

Who do you work with?

Any growing business that needs a real content engine but doesn't want to hire a full-time marketer or pay agency rates, from bootstrapped founders to companies replacing what an in-house marketer used to do.

Are you a full-service marketing agency?

No, and intentionally so. We're focused on content: research, writing, editorial direction, and performance reporting. We don't do paid media, branding, or creative production.

How is Three Chamber different from a traditional agency or a DIY AI tool?

A traditional agency does real strategy work slowly and expensively. A DIY AI tool is fast and cheap but has no strategy behind it and nobody checking it. Three Chamber builds the strategy first, then runs the fast, cheap part through AI, and keeps a real person accountable for what ships, at a fraction of agency cost.

About the process

What are the three chambers?

Research, direction, and refinement. Chamber one is real research into your market, competitors, and what's ranking and getting cited. Chamber two is AI drafting with Tom directing and editing. Chamber three is your review and approval before anything publishes.

How much of this is actually AI vs. a person?

Research and first drafts lean heavily on AI, which is what keeps the price low. Every decision about what's true, what's worth saying, and what's good enough to ship is Tom's. Nothing skips chamber two or three.

Do you write in my voice?

Yes. Chamber one includes learning how your business actually talks, from your existing content, sales materials, and a short conversation with you, before anything gets drafted.

What if I don't like a draft?

You comment directly in the doc and it gets revised. Review and approval happen before anything goes live, you're never surprised by what publishes under your name.

How do you handle SEO and AI search citations?

Every piece is built with both in mind, and every monthly report shows rankings alongside AI-citation presence on platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. It's part of the process, not a separate service you have to buy.

About working with us

Where does every engagement start?

With a short call and a materials share, not a long questionnaire. We learn your business, your market, and your voice, then build the first month's roadmap around it.

Do you require long-term contracts?

A 3-month minimum on every plan, then month to month. Long enough to actually see the process work, short enough that we have to keep earning it after that.

How do you report results?

Monthly, in plain language: rankings, AI citation presence, and what's actually working. No PDFs designed to look impressive while saying nothing.

Can you work with our existing agency or in-house marketer?

Yes. We can run content on its own or coordinate directly with whoever else is handling your marketing. We flag conflicts and gaps, we don't create turf battles.

What does Three Chamber cost?

Three published tiers: Starter at $497 a month, Growth at $1,250 a month, and Scale starting at $2,500 a month, all with a 3-month minimum. See the full breakdown.
